¼-½ c. natural creamy peanut butter
¼ c. honey or maple syrup
¼ c. solid coconut oil
2 tbsp. unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ tsp. sea salt
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. gluten free rolled oats
¼ c. shredded unsweetened coconut

Directions:
Directions:
Combine peanut butter, honey, salt and coconut oil in a sauce pan and heat. Stirring continuously, until melted and well-combined. Stir in vanilla and cocoa powder. Add oats and mix well. Add coconut and stir until completely combined. Drop 1 tbsp. portions on baking sheet. Let cool in the fridge or freezer until hardened. Serve cold or frozen!
