1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/3 cup all purpose flour
Dash of salt
4 egg yolks, separated at room temperature
2 cups milk
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
35-45 Nilla wafers
5-6 medium bananas sliced

Directions:
Directions:
Place sliced bananas and wafers in serving dish in layers. Mix dry ingredients together and add to wet ingredients until mixed. Heat over a double boiler until thickened to a pudding consistency. Pour over the sliced bananas and wafers and let cool. Garnish with crushed wafers and Enjoy!
