3 lb pork roast
1 lb dry pinto beans
2 cloves garlic, chopped
2 tbsp chili powder
1 tbsp cumin seed
1 tsp oregano
1 small can long creen chilis
1 tbsp salt
Fritos
1 lb grated cheese
1 bunch green onions chopped
1 head lettuce, shredded
5 or 6 small tomates, diced
1 c chopped olives
16 oz sour cream
Hot sauce
Guacamole

Soak beans overnight in 6 c water in corckpot. Add rest of ingredients. Cook on high heat 6 hours. Take out roast and shred. Cook with lid off 1 hour until thick. Serve with Fritos, cheese, onions, lettuce, tomatoes, olives, sour cream, hot sauce and guacamole
