3 64 oz. Bottles Tomato Juice ( It Must be the Red and White Label Name Brand )
5 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Cups White Instant Rice
3 Large Eggs
3 Teaspoons Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoons Sugar
1 Medium Yellow Onion ( Finely Chopped )
1 Head Cabbage
Toothpicks

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all bottles of juice into a large stockpot . Turn heat to medium . While the juice is heating up in a large bowl combine the next 7 ingredients working well with clean hands . Tear off leaves of cabbage . Rinse the leaves off well and pat dry with paper towels . Lightly salt cabbage leaves on the side you are adding the mixture to . Put 2 leaves together and add a liberal amount of meat mixture to the center of leaf . Roll up and take a toothpick and put it through the leaf to hold leaf and mixture together . Boil on medium low heat for 2 - 2 1/2 Hours . The juice will cook down . Use the juice as gravy to serve over hot mashed potatoes . Try some grated Parmesan Cheese over the cabbage roll .
