3 64 oz. Bottles of Name Brand ( The red and white label ) Tomato Juice
5 Pounds Ground Beef
2 Cups Instant Rice ( White )
3 Large Eggs
3 Teaspoon Salt
1/2 Teaspoon Pepper
2 Teaspoon Sugar
1 Medium Yellow Onion ( Finely Chopped )
8 Large Green peppers

Directions:
Directions:
Pour all three bottles of tomato juice into a large stockpot . Turn heat to Medium . While juice is heating up mix the next 7 ingredients together in a large bowl . Use clean hands and combine the mixture well . Rinse off Peppers well and remove any produce stickers . Take a knife and insert it into the top of the pepper . Cut around the top . Remove the top and clean out the seeds and ribs . Rinse out inside of pepper and salt lightly . Stuff the cavity of the pepper with the meat mixture . Place into the juice . If any meat mixture is leftover form into meatballs and drop them into the juice . Boil for 2 - 21/2 hours on medium low heat . The juice will cook down . Cook until meat is no longer pink . The juice will turn into a gravy . Use over hot mashed potatoes . You can also use meat mixture to stuff banana peppers . Try Parmesan Cheese over the Peppers .
