350ºF Oven for 10-12 minutes on *ungreased, parchment paper lined cookie sheet

Cream together:
1 c Nutbutter (Peanut or Cashew)
1 c Lard (Tenderflake, OR substitute Crisco Vegetable Shortening)

Add:
¾ c granulated Sugar
¾ c packed brown Sugar
2 Eggs
Beat together until completely homogenized.

In a separate bowl:
2 c Flour
1 t baking soda (stir together several times to distribute soda through flour)

Add ½ of the flour mix to the wet mix and mix until incorporated, then the rest of the flour mix and mix on medium speed until dough has formed. Refrigerate soft dough for 15 minutes, then drop or scoop small balls onto cookie sheet and bake.
