1 cup butter, cold
¾ c sugar
1 c brown sugar, packed
1 Tbs vanilla
2 large eggs, slightly beaten
3 c flour
¾ tsp baking soda
¾ tsp salt
2 c butterscotch chips
¾ c melting chocolate, melted

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 375º. Melt butter in a large microwave safe bowl for 45 seconds. Stir in sugars. Add vanilla and eggs and mix well. Combine dry ingredients together and stir into butter mixture until dough forms. Stir in chips. Scoop dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, about 2 " apart. Bake for 9 minutes, until edges are slightly golden. Let cool on the pan for a minute or two before removing to a wire rack to cool completely.

Cover a cookie sheet with wax paper or parchment paper.Spoon about 1 tsp of melted chocolate onto paper, place a cookie on top and press down lightly, wiggle it around a little to be sure bottom of cookie is covered. You can place the cookie sheet in the refrigerator for a few minutes to speed things up, then remove each cookie from the paper when the chocolate is set.

You can use any flavor chips you can find for this cookie.
