6C. dry elbow macaroni, more or less depending on how many you are cooking for.
Bring water to a boil in fair size kettle. Add macaroni, Bring back to a boil, then turn off heat. Let sit for 10 minutes or so, Until al dente(still a little chewy). Drain.
Add, milk or cream, or some of both(around a cup, more or less, Again depending on how many you are cooing for). Add in about 6 slices (+/-) of American Cheese. Put back on heat to warm milk and melt cheese.
Once cheese is melted, stir together. Add some pepper to taste.
Enjoy.
