3 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp salt
1 tsp baking soda
1 cup Crisco shortening
3 eggs
1 1/2 cup mincemeat (from jar)

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400º.
Mix flour, salt, and baking soda.
Cream shortening with sugar until fluffy.
Add eggs and beat until smooth.
Stir in mincemeat.
Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well.
Drop by teaspoon 2 " apart onto greased baking sheet.
Bake at 400º for about 12 minutes.
