Snicker Bars Recipe

2 cups Semisweet chocolate chips
6 Tab. + 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
1 (7 oz) container of marshmallow creme fluff
1 cup powdered sugar
3/4 unsalted roasted peanuts
1 bag caramels (11 oz. bag)
1/4 cup heavy whip cream
1 9x13 baking dish fitted with parchment paper. Just enough to come over the sides.

Using a double boiler, combine 1 cup chocolate chips and 3 Tab. peanut butter. Melt until smooth. Pour into the 9x 13 pan. (Wash pan) Refrigerate until just hard.

In a medium bowl, combine the marshmallow fluff, 1/4 cup peanut butter and powdered sugar. Beat until smooth. (It's pretty sticky)

Using your hands, push the nougat mixture on top of the chocolate chip layer.
Lightly push the peanuts into the nougat. ( I didn't use all of them)

In the clean double, melt the caramels and heavy whipping cream. Stir the caramel until fully melted.

Pour over nougat and place in refrigerator for 30 minutes to one hour.

In a clean pan - onto double boiler, melt 1 cup of chocolate chips and 3 Tab. creamy peanut butter.
Pour the melted mixture over the caramel and place into refrigerator until hardened.

Using a sharp knife cut into squares. This can be frozen.
