1 Bag of Hashbrowns
1 Small Chopped Onion
8 oz Container of Sour Cream
1 Stick of Melted Butter
1 Package of Cheddar Cheese
1 Large Can of Cream of Chicken Soup
1 Large Can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 Sleeve of Ritz Crackers

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350º.
2. Mix all of the ingredients (except the Ritz Crackers) in a bowl.
3. Spray a 13x9 baking dish with Pam and pour the mixture in
4. Crush the crackers and sprinkle them on top of the casserole.
5. Cook for about 45-60 minutes or until the casserole is bubbly.

You can use Cream of Mushroom or Cream of Chicken Soup in this recipe. I started adding extra soup to this recipe to make it creamy and not as thick. This has always been a staple at any of our family recipes. I can often remember having everyone together and having Hashbrown Casserole, as well as, creamed potatoes.
