3 egg whites (room temp)
1/2 cup confectioners sugar
3/4 cup chopped Andes Mints

Directions:
Directions:
Bake at 275º for 1- 1 1/2 hours

Line cookie sheets with parchment paper.
Beat egg whites until foamy. Gradually beat in sugar 1 tbsp at a time. Continue beating until stiff peaks are formed and egg whites are glossy. Fold in candies. Drop by spoonfuls on baking sheet. Bake until cookies are light brown and dry on the outside.
