2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 1\2 c. butter flavored oil
4 eggs
4 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 1\2 c. carrots, grated
1 1\2 tsp. salt
1\2 c. nuts

Icing:
1\2 stick butter
1 lb. powdered sugar
1 (8oz pkg.) cream cheese
1 tsp. vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar, flour, oil, and eggs. Then add remaining ingredients. Beat for 4 minutes.

Bake at 350º for 45-50 minutes. Allow to cool.

Mix icing ingredients. Spread on cake.
