1 large head of cabbage
1 green pepper
1 large white onion
1 stick butter
2 stalks celery
1 1/2 lbs. ground beef
2 tsp. garlic salt
salt and pepper to taste
2 cups rice, cooked
2 large eggs
1 28 oz. can tomato sauce
2 TB. brown sugar
2 sp. Worchestershirt sauce

In skillet saute' green pepper, onion, celery in butter. Season with garlic salt, salt and pepper simmer for 1/2 hour then cool. Mix vegetables, ground beef, eggs and rice. Re-season with salt and pepper.

Seam head of cabbage in microwave about 6 minutes and peel each leaf off as it loosens. Cut vein out in center of leaf. Add about a 1/4 cup of ground beef mixture to center of leaf, fold in sides and roll up.

Mix tomato sauce with brown sugar and Worcestershire sauce in medium bowl or sauce pan.

Spray crock pot with cooking spray. Pour a small amount of tomato sauce into bottom of crock pot. Place cabbage rolls seam side down cover each layer of rolls with sauce. Cook on High for 5 hours or low for 8 hours. Makes 12 rolls.
