1/2 cup real maple syrup
1/3 cup coarse brown mustard
1 T. tapioca

Directions:

Place thighs in crock pot
Combine maple syrup, mustard and tapioca in a bowl
Pour over thighs
Cook on low for 6 1/2 - 7 hours
