1 lb of butter
Two cups of sugar
Two teaspoons of vanilla
Cream these three together
Three beaten eggs
1 lb of ricotta
4 cups of flour
1 tsp of baking soda
Mix these together until evenly blended

Portion it into tablespoons of batter on cookie tray and bake at 375.
