Grandma's Cinnamon Rolls Recipe

3 packages yeast
2 heaping teaspoons salt
2 cups milk, scalded
1 cup cold water
1 cube butter or margarine

1 1/4 cups sugar
2 cups flour
2 eggs

6 cups flour

Butter/brown sugar &cinnamon/nuts in separate small bowls

Directions:
Directions:
Combine yeast with salt. Scald 2 milk and add butter and cold water. Allow to cool.

Add sugar and 2 cups of flour into yeast/milk, butter mixture. Mix well; add 2 eggs and continue to mix.

Add additional 6 cups flour, one cup at a time until the dough is manageable. Knead
until smooth and no longer sticky. Place in bowl and let rise for 1 1/2 to 2 hours. Punch
down and let rise another hour.

Form dough into rolls and dip each into butter, brown sugar and nuts. Spray a 9 x 13 pan with vegetable spray and add rolls - approximately 12 to a pan. Let rise again for 45 minutes to an hour. Bake in 350 degree oven for approximately 20 minutes.
