250 g flour
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp baking soda
2 tsp cornstarch
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup melted butter
1/2 cup brown sugar
2/3 cup sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 330 and line a baking tray with parchment or silicone.

2. Whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, cornstarch and salt.

3. In separate bowl, whisk butter and sugar until combined. Add milk and vanilla and mix until combined.

4. Combine bowls and add chips.

5. Form into balls, and flatten with a fork. Bake for 13 minutes.
