Ingredients:  
12 eggs, slightly beaten with fork
12 oz. diced green chilies
1 1/2 small can evaporated milk
3 C grated cheddar cheese
5 Tbs. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Place grated cheese in the bottom of a 9x13 baking dish. Top
with green chilies. Mix milk into beaten eggs and pour mixture
over the cheese/chilies in the dish.

Bake about 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
