1 Box Honey Graham Cracker
2-3 Ounce French Vanilla Instant Pudding
3 cups milk
1-9 ounce Cool Whip

Chocolate Frosting Ingredients:

3-1 ounce squares of Bakers Semi-Sweet Chocolate
4 TBSP soft Butter
2 TBSP Light Karo Syrup
Then add:
3 TBSP Milk
1 TSP Vanilla
1.5 cups of Confectioners (10X) Sugar

CAKE:
Butter 9x13 dish and place a layer of graham crackers to fit the bottom. Beat pudding with mile...and fold in Cool Whip. Add 1/2 of this mixture over graham crackers. Add another layer of crackers and filling. Add 3rd layer of graham crackers on top.

Melt Chocolate, butter and and Karo Syrup. Then add the milk, vanilla and confectioners sugar. Cover the top layer of graham crackers with the chocolate frosting. Chill for 24 hours or overnight. Do not cover with Saran Wrap in refrigerator until icing gets cold.
