5.50 CUPS SIFTED FLOUR
1 CUP SUGAR
1 CUP MELTED CRISCO
2 TSPS. ORANGE EXTRACT

Directions:
BEAT EGGS, ADD COOLED SHORTENING, SUGAR, ORANGE EXTRACT AND ADD FLOUR WHICH HAS BEEN MIXED WITH BAKING POWDER. MIX AND SHAPE INTO BALLS. PLACE ON UNGREASED COOKIE SHEET. BAKE AT 350 DEGREES FOR 15 MINUTES.
