1/2 cup sugar
1 egg
2 cups sweetened, shredded coconut
2 tablespoons flour
1/2 teaspoon almond extract

350F - 10 minutes

Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Whisk together sugar and egg until smooth
Stir in coconut, flour and almond extract.
Mix well.

Drop dough by teaspoon on a Parchment covered baking sheet.
Bake until edges are lightly browned, about 10 minutes.
Transfer to wire racks; cool.
