2 eggs
1 cup sugar
4tbs sweetened condensed milk
1tsp vanilla
Mix together

Another bowl Dry ingredients
3 cups flour
2tsp baking powder
Less tsp baking soda
Pinch salt

Mix 1/3 butter 2/3 shortening

Mix 1/3 butter 2/3 shortening
Cut with pastry cutter into flour
Until looks like little peas of butter.


Mix together wet and dry with hands and dough. Same dough method as biscuits don’t over mix.

Once roughed put in wax paper in the fridge for a hour atleast.

Cut chilled dough into 3 chunks.
Roll out one at a time into 1/8 inch cookies for cutting.

Bake 350• 8-10minutes

Pull out when it doesn’t look quite done. Maybe edges.

Grew up with these sugar cookies. Cream cheese frosting cream cheese, butter and powdered sugar. Less sugar.
