Ingredients:  
3 pounds Lamb chopped into bite size pieces
5 carrots chopped
2 celery stalks chopped
1 rutabega diced
2 Tbsp beef boullion
4 cups water
1 tso basil
3 Tbsp Olive oil
2 turnips chopped
3 medium red potatoes chopped
1 yellow onion diced
2 cups beef broth
1 cup dark guinness beer
1 tsp thyme
1/2 green cabbage cut in quarters

Directions:
Directions:
Brown Lamb in oil and onion
Place all ingredients except cabbage in stock pot and cook on low, covered for 3 hours
Add cabbage the last 30 mins
Add more water if needed 1 cup at a time
