Ingredients:  
6 T powdered sugar
1 cup butter
1 tsp of vanilla extract
2 cup cake flour
1 cup chopped pecans
Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter, add vanilla
Sift flour and sugar together, add to creamed butter mix
Fold in chopped pecans
Mixture will be a little dry, form into balls about the size of walnuts
Place on lightly greased cookie sheet

Bake at 350º for 12-15 minutes.

While still warm, roll in additional powdered sugar.
