1 cup white sugar
2/3 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup molasses
1 egg

STEP 2
1 3/4 cup white flour
1 tablespoon ground ginger
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1 teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon baking soda
1/2 teaspoon salt

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat ingredients from step 1 until smooth
2. Add the dry ingredients from step 2 and mix well
3. Roll into balls then roll in white sugar
4. Bake at 350º F for 8-9 minutes until tops are crackly and brown. Do Not Overbake
