¾ cup butter, softened
¾ cup dark brown sugar
½ cup sugar
⅓ cup vanilla Coca-Cola
1 lg egg
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
2 ½ cup flour
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º. In the bowl of your stand mixer, cream butter and sugars. Once the mixture is fluffy beat in the vanilla coca-cola, egg, and vanilla. Mix until well combined. Stir in the baking soda and salt. Carefully mix in the flour. Stop when its just barely combined. Add in the chocolate chips and combine. Drop heaping tablespoons of dough on to a lined baking sheet. Bake 9-11 minutes. Allow cookies to cool on pan 3 minutes before moving to rack.
