1 Chicken, cooked and diced or 6-8 chicken Breasts
1˝ cans Chopped Green chilies, undrained
2 cans cream of chicken soup
12 flour tortillas
1 large onion
1 pt. sour cream
1 lb grated cheddar cheese
1 small can chopped or sliced black olives drained optional

Directions:
Directions:
Heat soup, sour cream, chilies, and black olives in sauce pan. Sauté onions for 3-4 minutes. Combine chicken and onion. In shallow baking dish, place enough soup mixture to cover bottom of pan. Fill tortillas with chicken, onion, and cheese. Place rolled tortillas in pan, cover with remaining soup mixture, making sure to cover entire tortillas. Sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving. I usually use 9x13 pan
