1¼ c. Oil (or ¾ c. Oil and ¾ c. Applesauce)
4 Eggs
2 c. Flour
2 tsp. Cinnamon
½ tsp. Ground Cloves
½ tsp Nutmeg
2 tbsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Baking Soda
1 can Pumpkin
2 tbsp. Frozen Orange Juice
4 oz. Cream Cheese
½ c. Butter, melted
1 c. Powdered XXX Sugar

Beat together sugar, oil (or oil and applesauce), and eggs.

Mix flour, cinnamon, cloves, nutmeg, baking powder, and baking soda. Add to wet mixture and mix.

Blend in pumpkin.
