½ c. Brown Sugar
¼ c. Water
1 Egg
2 tbsp. Lemon Juice
1 tbsp. Lemon Zest
1½ c. Flour
1 tsp. Baking Powder
½ tsp. Baking Soda

Directions:

Mix butter, brown sugar, water and egg. mix in lemon juice and zest.

Mix flour, baking powder, baking soda together and add to wet mixture, Blend.

Form Small Balls

Coat in sugar.
