1 stick Butter
1 c. Self Rising Flour
1 c. Sugar
1 c. Milk
16 oz. Blueberries or Peach Slices or Strawberry Slices

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter in bottom of casserole dish.

Mix together flour, sugar, milk and beat until smooth.

Pour over melted butter in casserole dish. DO NOT mix.

Add fruit on top of flour mixture. DO NOT stir.

Bake in 350º oven for 30 to 40 minutes until batter is done. Cake batter will rise to the top.
