1 Baked Pie Shell
¾ c. Sugar
3 tbsp. Flour
3 Eggs, separated
1 c. Milk
½ tsp. Vanilla Extract
1 tbsp. Butter
1 tbsp. Cocoa
6 tbsp. Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine, sugar, flour, egg yolds, milk, and cocoa and cook in a double boiler until thick.
Beat in butter and when thick pour into pie shell.

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.

Spread egg white mixture on top of chocolate mixture.

Bake in 325º oven until meringue is brown on tips. About 10 minutes.
