1 Baked Pie Shell
½ c. Powdered Sugar
½ c. Lime Juice (juice and pulp)
½ tsp. Lime Rind
1 tsp. Sugar
3 Eggs, seperated
1 can Sweetened Condensed Milk

Directions:
Directions:
Beat egg yolks to light color. Add lime juice and rind, do not beat in. Add sweetened condensed milk and lightly mix until smooth.

Beat egg whites and sugar until stiff.

Pour the lime mix in the pie shell then spread the egg white mixture over the top.

Bake in 350º oven for 15 minutes or until golden brown.
