Eggs
Bread Crumbs
Salt
Pepper
Grated Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil
Butter
Tomato-based Sauce
Directions:
Directions:
Season bread crumbs with salt, pepper, parmesan cheese.

Butterfly and pound thin chicken breasts.

Use general breading method by coating chicken breast with flour, then egg wash, then bread crumbs,

Fry in olive oil and butter.

Server with a tomato-based sauce and more parmesan cheese.
