large Pork Loin
3 c. Apple Juice
3-4 c. Apple Slices
1 large Oinion
Cumin
Lemon Pepper
Garlic Salt
Rosemary
Olive Oil

Directions:
Directions:
Slice onion into thin rings

Mix spices and rub on pork loin with a little olive oil. Then brown in a fry pan.

In a large dish add the browned pork loin. Place the onion and apple slices over the pork loin and add the apple juice.

Cover and put in oven at 325º for about 2 hours. Time depends on the size of the pork loin.
