One Large head of Cabbage
Rice
2 cans of Campbell Tomato soup
Brown sugar 1/4 cup
One med chopped onion

Directions:
Directions:
In a large pot of boiling water take the cabbage head and
Stab a large fork into the cord of cabbage place into the
boiling water

Please be careful don’t get burn!

The leave will start to get soft start cutting of leave by the cord take
them out and place them on tray until all leaves are cut
from the cord of the cabbage.

Set aside and cool

*In the meantime cook rice according to package for 4 to
6 people

Now take the cool cabbage cut out the Vain out of the
cabbage it the hard piece on the leave

Now in a large bowl mix ground meat,cooked rice,
chopped onions salt and pepper

Take mixture a tablespoon full place on the leave of
cabbage and roll

How to roll you may ask?

*Fold on side of cabbage fold into center and
repeat the other side then roll to make a log

*Then place the cabbage rolls in a large pot
*In a Large bowl empty the tomato soup with
equal amount of water with 1/4

*Cup of brown sugar mix well pour over the
cabbage in pot covering the cabbage simmer
about two hours

*If you have any rice or small leaves that you
weren’t able to roll just add to pot
