½ cup of margarine - 1 stick
¼ cup of salad oil
3 cloves of garlic, minced
2 (8 ounce cans) of minced clams drained.(save liquid)
1/4 cup of finely chopped parsley
¼ tsp of dried oregano
¼ tsp salt
Dash of black pepper
1 pound of linguine
Grated parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Melt margarine in sauce pan add oil and
heat.

Saute garlic and clams in hot oil mixture over
medium heat for 2 to 3 minutes.

Stir in parsley, oregano, salt and pepper.
Simmer for 5 to 10 minutes.

Serve with grated parmesan cheese.

Note: extra clam liquid can be added to
Sause if needed.
