Ingredients:  
4 thick loin pork chops
1 cup of vinegar
4 tbs of olive oil
1 tbs chopped parsley
1 clove of garlic chopped
1 large egg
˝ cup of flour
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate chops in vinegar for about an hour

Then dry off chops, sprinkle with salt and pepper

Roll chops in flour, dip in egg, then the bread crumbs.

Fry in hot oil for 5 minutes or till brown on both sides

Lower flame, cover and continue to fry for 20 minutes

Serve very hot.
