2 Bags raw cranberries, rinsed and sorted
2 large red apple, cored and quartered
1 orange
1/2 -1 cup sugar to taste

Directions:
Directions:
1. Blend cranberries and apple in blender, multiple batches may be necessary
2. add in juice of orange
3. add in sugar, to taste
4. allow to sit overnight for flavors to blend
5. Store covered in the refrigerate, up to 4 weeks


Serve over cream cheese, baked brie or on the side for Thanksgiving

According to my mom, Helen Salemi, this was her Great Grandmother's recipe. I remember my grandmother, Charlotte (Hadsell) Cook making it for Thanksgiving every year. Griffin and I have made it together for several years.
