2 lbs ground pork sausage
2 lbs ground hamburger
1 cup chopped onion
1 cup chopped carrots
1 cup chopped celery
1 egg
2-4 c bread stuffing cubes
Salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Use food processor to chop vegetables or chop fine.
Mix all ingredients together include any seasoning that come with bread stuffing.
Mix together well. Place inside turkey before roasting. There will be more than will fit in turkey, either put along side turkey in roasting pan or can bake in a separate loaf pan.

You can adjust recipe in these ratios if you want to have more or less.
