3-4 lb Chuck Roast (cut into bite sized pieces)
Carrots, cut
Celery, diced
1 Large Can Tomatoes
1 Onion, chopped
6 potatoes, cut

3 Tbls Tapioca
1 Tbls Salt
1 Tbls Sugar
1/2 Tbls Pepper
(you can substitute an envelope of italian dressing mix for the salt and sugar)

Directions:
Directions:
Use desired amount of vegetables, but into large chunks

Mix all together in a large roaster and cook at 275 degrees for 5 hours or more
