2 pkg yeast
1/2 c warm water
1 1/2 c scalded milk, cooled to lukewarm
1 c shortening
1 c sugar
2 tsp salt
6 eggs
9 c flour

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve dry yeast in warm water; add dissolved yeast to
lukewarm milk. Cream shortening, sugar, salt & eggs. Add to yeast
mixture. Add 4 c flour; beat with mixer for 2 minutes. Stir in 5 c
flour; knead dough until it's not sticky. Let rise in greased bowl
until doubled.

Divide dough into four sections & roll each section into 9" circle.
Cut into 16 pie shapes. Brush with melted butter & roll into
crescents. Place on greased cookie sheets and let rise. Bake at 350º
for 10-15 minutes.

Personal Notes:
Rolls can be frozen until ready for use. To freeze,
place rolls on greased cookie sheet and allow to freeze. Once
frozen, rolls can be placed in freezer bag until ready to use. Let
thaw for 3-4 hours to let rise. Bake as directed.
