1 large tomato
3 stalks celery
4 T. green olives
1 T. green olive juice
1 T. garlic powder
1 head lettuce
1/4 c. mayo
1/8 c. water
garlic Melba toast

Directions:
Directions:
Combine mayo, water, olive juice, garlic powder and set aside. Cut up tomato, celery, olives. Add to mayo mixture. Tear up lettuce. Combine lettuce and mayo mixture. Top with Melba toast.
