1 8 oz can tomato paste
1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tsp prepared mustard
1/4 cup vinegar
1 egg, beaten
1 small onion, minced
1/4 cup crushed crackers or bread crumbs
2 lbs ground beef
1 1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Mix and heat the tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, and vinegar. Set aside. Combine together all the remaining ingredients with 1/2 of the sauce mixture. Make into 2 loaves. Pour the rest of the sauce on top. Cook at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
