- 1 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 cups powder sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 1/4 cups gluten-free baking flour with xantham gum
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup chopped pecans

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, on a cutting board spread some powdered sugar and roll the dough and make balls, and put the balls into the powdered sugar. Bake then on 350 for 14- 15 minutes. Serve when cooled.
