- 3 1/4 cups gluten-free baking flour with xantham gum
- 1 tablespoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon ground ginger
- 3/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 3/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 cup butter, melted
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, packed
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup molasses
- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Directions:

1. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and put the dough in 2 balls and chill for at least 2 hours up to overnight. Cut into shapes and add some flour if needed. Bake at 350 for 8 - 10 minutes. Serve when chilled.
