1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
1 1/4 c. margarine or butter, softened
1 egg
3 c. all-purpose or cake flour
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. cocoa

Directions:
Directions:
Mix powdered sugar, margarine and egg. Mix in flour and salt. Divide dough into two halves. Stir 1/4 c. cocoa into one half. Refrigerate at least 1 hour. Roll plain dough into rectangle, 16 x 9 inches, on lightly floured board. Roll chocolate dough to the same size; place on plain dough. Roll doughs 3/16 inch thick. Roll up tightly, beginning at wide side. Wrap, refrigerate, slice and bake in 400 oven for about 8 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet.
