"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain

3/4 c. sugar 4 tsp. cocoa ½ c. margarine 1 c. flour 2 eggs ½ tsp. salt ½ tsp. baking powder
Melt margarine, add sugar, cocoa, beat well. Add eggs and beat. Add dry ingredients. Heat waffle iron to temperature for waffles. Put one teaspoon batter in each section. Cook 1-2 minutes. Remove with fork. Frost with chocolate frosting. DO NOT GREASE OR SPRAY WAFFLE IRON.
This recipe has saved me so many times when I have to have a dessert or treat and forgot. Kids really like to help with these especially eating them.
