1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 1oz squares of unsweetened chocolate (melt & cool)
2 t. vanilla
3 eggs
2 c. flour
2 t. baking powder
1/4 c. milk
powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Combine sugar, oil, chocolate and vanilla. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well. Stir in milk and baking powder. Chill. Roll into balls that are about 1Tablespoon size. Roll in powder sugar. Bake on a greased cookie sheet for 10-12 minutes at 350.
