2¼ c flour
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
1 c Crisco shortening
¾ c granulated sugar
¾ c packed brown sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 large eggs
2 c chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Combine flour, soda and salt. Add Crisco, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla and mix well. Add eggs and beat well.
Stir in chocolate chips.
Drop by rounded teaspoons onto ungreased baking sheet.
Bake at 375º for 9-11 minutes.
Remove to wire racks until cooled
